In 2018, the Nicholas Pedone Foundation gifted $17,500 to the Cancer Center 4 Kids - CCFK, part of Winthrop University Hospital.  Nicholas was treated here they all became our family.  Knowing how important it is to be comfortable when receiving inpatient chemotherapy that last for hours, we proudly gifted the “Relax and Recharge” project!

Our HOP4Kids program funds local Hospital Outreach Projects.  We focus on how we can help improve a child's smile and healing process during their time in a hospital or cancer clinic environment while encouraging them to always Fight Hard Smile Big!

Game-On Project - 1st Project Funded

Gifted $42,500 to date...

In 2017, the Nicholas Pedone Foundation gifted $25,000 to Winthrop University Hospital for the Game-On Project.  As Nicholas was a big gamer, what got him through his long hospital stays at Winthrop was packing up his xBox, remote, headphones and games and setting them up in his room on a roll away TV!  We approached Winthrop and asked if we can provide the hospital with new TVs, xBox consoles, remotes, headsets and a full game library!  The Game-On Project was the first HOP4Kids project funded - we were able to equip 8 of their pediatric hospital rooms - now not only can kids game, parents get to watch streaming TV on 40inch TV screens!
